We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information only when reasonably necessary to operate the organization and website, such as with:

Growth Compass does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or visitor profiling tools on this website. Stripe-hosted Checkout may use cookies and similar technology for payment processing, fraud prevention, security, and service operation under Stripe's own privacy practices.
7. SMS Communications
Growth Compass may collect and use a mobile phone number when a user, participant, or designated administrator chooses to opt in to SMS communications through a Growth Compass web form, online course form, or admin settings page. SMS messages may include course-related notifications, live check-in confirmations, support messages, and safety/admin alert notifications related to the online course.
SMS consent is not collected verbally, on paper, from purchased lists, or by third parties. When SMS consent is collected, Growth Compass may retain the phone number, user or admin account, consent source, form submission details, timestamp, opt-out status, and related messaging records for compliance, security, support, and operational recordkeeping.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. SMS is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent crisis response.
8. Sensitive Information
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, financial account information, passwords, confidential legal facts, or highly sensitive personal information through the public contact form. Enter payment information only through the secure Stripe Checkout page. If another sensitive matter needs to be discussed, please use the form only to request a safer follow-up method.
9. Children And Youth
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
